We hosted our first Student Work Party of the spring semester. Maritime cadets repaired, photographed, and cataloged ship models. The museum’s curator trained cadets in our updated cataloging software.
The students’ enthusiasm, teamwork, and knowledge was a breath of fresh air into our historic collection. We shared sea stories, old and new, while accomplishing necessary tasks. We are looking forward to our next work party in the coming weeks.
