Support the Museum with a Donation!
The museum gladly accepts donations to help support its missions of education and preservation of maritime history. All donations are recognized and acknowledged in our quarterly magazine, The Voyage Abstract. If you’re interested in contributing to help the museum continue to achieve its goals, please consider donating or volunteering. Donations can be made in honor of achievements or in memorial. Please provide this information with your donations and we’ll include it in The Voyage Abstract.
The Maritime Industry Museum is recognized as a 501(C) non-profit organization, so all donations are tax-deductible up to the full amount permitted by the law.
Artifact Donations
The Maritime Industry Museum is all about preserving the history of the maritime industry and spreading that knowledge to others. One of the biggest reasons we’re able to achieve our mission is through generous donations, not just monetarily, but also donations of artifacts and exhibit pieces.
If you have a maritime artifact you’d like to share with the world, please contact us.
Volunteer Opportunities
As an organization built by volunteers, the museum recognizes the vital role that volunteering plays in the support of any non-profit organization, and we always welcome new volunteers to join our museum family.
If you would like to support the museum by becoming a volunteer, please contact us and we will be glad to tell you about the many ways you can help.
