It has been a busy year so far at the Maritime Industry Museum, highlighted by the variety of visitors we have welcomed- groups from schools, local explorers, artists, and alumni, as well as people visiting from afar, and so many others. It was lovely to host the NYC Urban Sketchers, who spent an afternoon sketching and chatting with cadets earlier this spring.
We thank all of our visitors and those who have contributed to help fund our museum. Donations are used to enhance and maintain our exhibits, provide refreshments for volunteers who dedicate their time- cadets, alumni, and enthusiasts of all ages, and the general improvement of this amazing collection at historic Fort Schuyler.
